Please continue to pray for those in need in East and West Timor, and consider the call to prayer from Sonrise 2000.

• Pray that the Indonesian troops will withdraw quickly from East Timor now that the United Nations peace keeping troops have started arriving

• Pray for the negotiations regarding East Timorese in West Timor and other parts of Indonesia, that these displaced East Timorese will be allowed to return home

• Give thanks for the first part of the peace keeping force have met no resistance from the militias or Indonesian troops
