Prices aren't quoted because we sell on EBay through the auction system, as well as the ever-changing AUD/JPY exchange rate make it too difficult to quote in Australian Dollars.
Postage costs are paid by you and will be quoted as extra above the sale price.
Once you accept the item, and have paid for it, the purchase is final. There's no insurance. If you choose EMS, then you can track the package. If you make a payment through Paymate then you might have some options for a refund though your credit card provider. That's up to you.
